Cordiant Digital Infrastructure (LSE:CORD, FRA:86L) has secured two new customer agreements at its Hudson Interxchange data centre in New York, lifting contracted capacity to around 80% of the floor's saleable space. Billing on the first contract starts in September, with full deployment expected by year-end.

Helium One Global Ltd (AIM:HE1, FRA:9K3) says its Colorado joint venture has completed its first helium sale under a short-term offtake agreement after its second commercial helium trailer delivery. With regular exchanges now scheduled, the focus is shifting towards recurring sales and cash flow as production stabilises.

Active Energy Group PLC (AIM:AEG, OTCID:AEUSF) is expanding its UAE strategy beyond AI data centres into water, energy and critical infrastructure. Management says growing AI facilities need not just power but also secure water supplies for cooling.

Gaming Realms PLC (LSE:GMR, OTCQX:PSDMF, FRA:RNE1) says core content licensing revenue grew 9% in the first half despite a sharp rise in UK gambling tax. The company has now entered 33 regulated markets, including Alberta on its first day of legalised online gaming.

Frontier IP Group PLC (LSE:FIPP, FRA:8WT) says portfolio company Pulsiv has appointed Delta Matrix as its first manufacturing partner for products using its energy-efficient OSMIUM power conversion technology. The deal targets a market of around 600 million USB-enabled socket installations per year.

Allergy Therapeutics PLC (AIM:AGY, OTC:AGYTF, FRA:HHU) has appointed former HSBC banker Helge Weiner-Trapness as executive chairman as it explores a dual primary listing in Hong Kong.
